Dr. Andria D'Amato graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2009. Dr. D'Amato began her acupuncture studies under Dr. Rand Olson in 2007 and trained with Dr. Richard Yennie and Qi Gong Master, Wan Su Jian, in China in 2012. Dr. D'Amato is a Fellow in the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture and certified in Acupuncture by the Ohio State Chiropractic Board. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Acupuncture (ABCA) and a general member of the ACA Council of Chiropractic Acupuncture (ACA CCA). Dr. D'Amato is a general member of the Ohio State Chiropractic Association (OSCA) and serves on the membership committee of the OSCA. She is also a past secretary of, and currently sits on, the Alumni Association Board of Directors for her undergraduate university, Saint Francis University (PA.).

Dr. Steinys graduated from National University of Health Sciences (NUHS) in 2003. She started her acupuncture studies while still in chiropractic school and completed her 300 hour coursework at NUHS. She has her diplomate in chiropractic acupuncture and currently serves as Vice President for the ABCA. Her practice focuses on female health, in particular prenatal care and fertility. She is Webster Technique certified. Dr. Steinys has completed coursework in Movement Systems Rehabilitation, Graston Technique, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, and McKenzie Therapy. She has served as faculty at both NUHS and Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. Dr. Steinys also worked as a part-time clinician at NUHS as well.
Dr. Steinys is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, Illinois Chiropractic Society, Council of Chiropractic Acupuncture, and International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.

Dr. Andrew R. Dyer graduated from National University of Health Sciences in 2005. Dr. Dyer began his acupuncture studies while still in chiropractic college. It was during a variety of internship experiences that his eyes were opened to the great potential to help more patients achieve optimal health through acupuncture, chiropractic and nutrition. Dr. Dyer is certified in Acupuncture by the Ohio State Chiropractic Board.
Dr. Dyer is a general member of the Ohio State Chiropractic Association and also currently serving on the OSCA Public Health Committee. Dr. Dyer has been a licensed Chiropractic Acupuncturist in Ohio since November 2009 and completed the 300+ hour training course, taught by Dr. Kris Tohtz and Dr. Joe Carter, and examination to earn the distinction – Diplomate from the American Board of Chiropractic Acupuncturists.
Dr. Dyer has completed his Diplomate in Chiropractic Clinical Nutrition. He is currently in practice at Take2HealthCare in Centerville, OH and a frequent host of the weekly call-in talk show, “Take2HealthCare: Your Guide to Better Living,” on AM 1290 WHIO

Dr. Colleen Fazio is the owner and operator of Restoration Health & Chiropractic. Dr. Fazio graduated magna cum laude from the University of Memphis in 2004 with her bachelors in Biology. She graduated cum laude in March of 2009 from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida, where she received a clinical service award and teaching excellence. Dr. Fazio considers herself very fortunate to be able to train under many highly skilled and valuable mentors during her time at Palmer.
Dr. Fazio moved to Chicago in 2009 and immediately began working while also attending National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL in order to receive training in acupuncture and further her knowledge in multiple ways of administering care. She received the Diplomate in Acupuncture in September of 2015.
Throughout the past 5 years, Dr. Fazio has undergone extensive training in food and nutritional support, as well as internal disease and hormone balancing. This has become her passion in life and she is thrilled to help those who also are suffering.
Ms. Ziccardi was born and raised in Ohio. She received a bachelor's degree from Youngstown State University in 2001. Following graduation, she worked for a youth counseling agency for several years. Once she and her husband had their own children, she knew her calling was to be at home to raise them.
In the fall of 2014, D'Amato Chiropractic and Acupuncture welcomed Rachael to their practice as a Chiropractic assistant. She enjoys meeting new people and serving the patients with care.
In her spare time, she enjoys walks in the park and activities with her family and the outdoors.
